Philippe has a Master degree in Business Law from Paris X, France and a Heritage Management from Lyon III, France. He gained experience in private management from 1989 to 2003, Bank of Bretagne, France and OBC bank (private management). He is in charge of ISF holding to Financial Uzès, France.

Michel graduated from "Ecole Normale Supérieure", France (Physics) received a PhD in Astrophysics in 1976. He was researcher at the” Service d'Astrophysique” of CEA, Saclay, France and the “Ecole Polytechnique” until 1980, then he became advisor to the director in the center of research of Air Liquide, France until 1986. He joined Crédit Lyonnais (bank, France) in 1988 where he successively held the positions of council engineer, responsible for project financings in energy and environment fields, responsible for investing in health and biotechnology sector and investment manager in technology companies within the directorate of market shares. Then from 2003 to 2006, he assumed investment in the Parisian office Paul Capital Partners, France. He is currently member of the Investment Committee at the incubator of the Pasteur Institute and manager of its own structure in investment advice - Chandra Capital.
