[After asking for a quote, what happens ?]

We process your request and send you a quote with all information: Final price (with VAT and shipment)and a sum-up of your chosen services To finalise your order, just send us by fax the quote duly completed at +33(0)1 43 79 25 21

[When will I pay ?]

After you receive results, MicroBioChips will send you an invoice. This invoice must be paid before 30 days by cheque or bank transfer.

[What happens if after 30 days, I have not still pay ?]

Consequence is penalty paiements

[What is the delay for a Service on protein / antibody arrays?]

The delay depends on our schedule, it takes generally 3 or 4 weeks after the reception of your samples (6-8 weeks for tailored experiments). Contact us to obtain more explanations

[How can I do for the shipment of my samples?]

As soon as we receive the final quote duly completed, we contact you in order to plan a transportation date with our international courier company
