The Management Committee is responsible to translate the company’s strategy into operational effect.
The purpose of the Management Committee is to oversee strategic projects, decide on priorities and implement the necessary resources within the company’s various divisions.
The Management Committee is composed of:
Vincent Saulot (34 years), founder and operation manager of MicroBioChips.
Vincent received the engineer degree from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Toulouse (France) in 1998 and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Proteomics and Immunology) at INSERM Rouen (France) in 2002. During his studies, he worked at Rhône-Poulenc (North Carolina, USA) and in the immunology department at the University hospital in Toulouse (France). Then he was researcher in different private companies: Biomedical Diagnostics (Marne-la-Vallée, France), ProtNeteomix (Nantes, France) and Chiron Vaccines (Siena, Italy). In 2005, he expanded his skills by a one year qualifying training in operational management at the "French Institute of Management."
Ait-Ikhlef Ali (42 years), Head of quality departement.
Ali holds a Ph.D. in Neurosciences and a Master in " Corporate Management ". He worked in several biotechnology companies (ExonHit Therapeutics, Faust Pharmaceuticals) where he managed various teams, several projects and developed a screening platform. Then he joined Mendel Partners as consultant in the life sciences. Then he was a Business Development Manager at Biométhodes.
Since May 2007, he is responsible of quality management system at MicroBioChips.
Frédéric Malingue (37 years), Head of laboratory.
Frédéric obtained in 1998 a Master of Logistics and Technology in Biology and Medicine at the University of Lille. He started as a research engineer at the Institut de Biologie de Lille (France), and then from 2000 to 2004,worked as a R&D Engineer at SEDAC-Therapeutics, protein biochips company, where he ensured the tasks of technical developments in China. He was then Project manager at BIO-RAD. Frederic was the first employee hired at MicroBioChips in November 2006.
