1. OBJECTIVES AND RESSOURCES
Like in any project, it is essential to begin by setting goals and in consequence to establish the human, structural and financial resources necessary to achieve these goals. The strategically objectives are defined together with our partners with a final decision by the CEO of MicroBioChips.
2. MEASUREMENT
A score-board has been set up according to the defined objectives and indicators are then monthly followed up. This system report allows appropriate adjustments if digressions are found.
3. ANALYSIS
These measures are then quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed. This system is suitable to identify the strengths but also areas where improvements are required and to determine the causes to then propose the appropriate solutions.
4. DECISION
Once the solutions are defined, a decision is made concerning actions to do. These are corrective and preventive actions but also actions aimed at improve the quality system in order to achieve a higher performance.
5. ACTION
The actions are then executed and they are followed up, monitored and controlled according to defined milestones.

This complete improvement system enables MicroBioChips to progress and maintain an efficient quality system to meet the expectations of its partners.
